Surveys are integrated with the caveat that the older UI was used. This contains significant database restructuring likely best to drop all tables and start clean. tool_upload now handles ajax requests. SurveyManager has a basic decision making process but this will need to be adjusted when the time comes to what/how often we can ask students.

Integration ui-dev might be able to benefit from new ajax request to load form data. Will be trying integration next.
